Sausage Guides

Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and heritage fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits.

ITALIAN

Our Sweet Italian Sausage has fresh ingredients including garlic, parmesan, parsley and fennel to give it that great texture and flavor.

HOT ITALIAN

All the flavor of our Sweet Italian Sausage, plus red wine and a little bit of heat from red pepper flakes and cayenne.

TUSCAN TOMATO

Fennel based sausage with roasted tomatoes, red & green bell peppers, shallots, garlic & red wine.

BEER BRAT

You don’t have to travel to Germany to have an incredible Bratwurst. This sausage is the true summertime, grill-out sausage. One bite, and you’ll want to fire up the grill whatever time of year it is. Made with only Florida brewed beer. (contains gluten)

CHORIZO

This is the chorizo you’ve been waiting for. A sausage that’s packed with flavor from chili powder, and made with only fresh ingredients like garlic, oregano, and paprika; no fillers or flavor additives.
